Red areas include bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets. Green areas cover kitchens and utility rooms, while blue areas include lounges, bedrooms and other general living spaces. Each zone follows its own cleaning steps.
What bathroom cleaning tasks can be included?
Bathroom cleaning may include cleaning mirrors, fixtures and fittings, toilets, baths, showers, sinks and plug holes. Floors can also be vacuumed and mopped where suitable, while bins, surfaces, light switches and accessible glosswork receive attention.
What kitchen cleaning tasks can be included?
Kitchen cleaning may include cupboard and drawer exteriors, kickboards, work surfaces, sinks, hobs, oven fronts, splashbacks and extractor hoods. Suitable appliance exteriors, microwaves, floors, furniture and other agreed areas can also be cleaned.
Can you make beds and clean upholstery?
Making beds or changing accessible bedding can be included when requested. Upholstery may also be vacuumed as part of the residential clean where appropriate, alongside dusting furniture, polishing surfaces and cleaning suitable floors.

Yes. The service is supported by the Ultra Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the completed clean, Ultra Home Services will return and rectify the work free of charge, subject to the applicable service terms.
