I was very impressed with the way that my initial enquiry was handled, and astounded that the confirmation e-mail stated:

If for any reason you’re not DELIGHTED with the work completed for you, we’ll come back and do it again completely free of charge.
Should you make any complaint about our service or standards that is not investigated within 72 hours … you’ll receive a full refund.”

The two cleaners were here for three and a half hours and worked without a single break – and no time spent on their mobiles either!
The carpet cleaner arrived shortly afterwards and – amazingly – did not complain that he had to move heavy furniture which I (a pensioner) was incapable of moving.
