Our regular cleaning service covers important areas throughout your home, including bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, utility rooms, bedrooms and living spaces. Tasks can include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces, emptying bins, tidying and cleaning suitable fixtures and fittings.
How often can regular cleaning visits be arranged?
Regular cleaning visits can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or at another suitable frequency. The schedule can be customised around your household, routine and individual cleaning requirements.
Can the cleaning service be tailored to my home?
Yes. The colour-coded checklist provides a consistent cleaning framework, but adjustments can be made to reflect your priorities. You can discuss which rooms, tasks and areas should receive particular attention before the service begins.
Who will carry out my regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning is carried out by highly trained, vetted and insured professionals who normally work in teams of two. The cleaners arrive in uniform with the equipment and professional cleaning products required to complete the agreed service.
What is the Ultra Colour Coded Cleaning System?
It is a tried-and-tested 45-point cleaning system that separates the home into three coloured zones. Different cloths and cleaning products are used for each zone to support a consistent and hygienic standard while reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
Which rooms are included in each colour-coded zone?
Red zones cover bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets. Green zones cover kitchens and utility rooms. Blue zones cover lounges, bedrooms and other general living areas. Each zone has its own cleaning steps, products and cloths.
What kitchen cleaning tasks are included?
Kitchen cleaning can include wiping surfaces, cleaning cupboard and drawer exteriors, kickboards, the hob, oven front, splashback and extractor hood. The team can also clean appliance exteriors, the inside of a movable microwave, the sink and suitable floors.
Can you make beds and change bedding?
Yes. Making beds or changing bedding can be included within the cleaning of bedrooms when requested. Please leave the clean bedding accessible and let the team know that you would like this task completed.
How do you help prevent cross-contamination?
Bathrooms, kitchens and general living spaces are treated as separate cleaning zones. The team uses corresponding colour-coded cloths and products in each area, helping prevent bathroom cleaning materials from being used in kitchens or other rooms.
What happens if I am unhappy with the cleaning?
The service is supported by the Ultra Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the completed clean, Ultra Home Services will return and rectify the work free of charge, subject to the applicable service terms.
